Shipping policy

Shipping and Freight Policy

We currently deliver to USA and Canada only. We do not deliver to APO/FPO or US Territories.

We always strive to ship all orders withing one business day of receipt for orders received before 2PM Central Time. Orders for customized products including our print on demand and embroider on demand apparel, name tags, custom lasered, printed, or CNC items and wire or cable cut to length have a five-business day lead time, but often ship much quicker than five business days. Other exceptions include the standard holidays and postal holidays, the week of Dayton Hamvention, the Friday and Monday before and after a CQ or ARRL contest, and any periods of extreme disruptive weather like hurricanes and coastal flooding. 

All orders are shipped DDP (delivery duty paid). No orders are subject to duty.

Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are exempt from any free shipping promotions. Air shipping rates will apply to all orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, but orders will ship via Standard Ground.

You will receive an email confirmation with order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you. Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Houston Ham Radio Supply, Inc. will not be responsible for stolen or unretrieved orders if a package shows delivered. We ask that you please closely monitor delivery of your shipment.

Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e. in the case of items with lead times or on backorder).

All sticker/decal orders ship for a flat $1.00 regardless of the number of stickers ordered. This does not include oversized stickers. Oversized stickers are any stickers that do not fit into a standard business envelope (4 1/8 inches by 9 1/2 inches).

 

We begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed. This being so, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once your order is confirmed. This change would include the ship to address.
